Again with dishonesty, I never once stated that it was a "FACT" that he raped her, I said that based on his statements and the medical evidence I think that he did rape her.

Really? Explain this statement.

Reading the rape allegations I tend to lean towards the fact that she was raped, the stuff he said to the police and the evidebce from the examination looked pretty damning.

Also I fail to see how saying Kobe Bryant raped the girl is an example of how white supremacy works. As far as the prosecution proving the case, we will never know because it never got to trial, we could also say he shelled out 2.5 million to the girl to buy her silence.

One is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, Kobe was not proven guilty, yet in your eyes that does not matter he is still guilty

What's to explain? "I lean towards the fact that she was raped" is not the same statement as "It's a fact she was raped". Exactly what I said before the evidence is pointing me in the direction that she was raped. One is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, what happens in my mind is my own business.
