While it's possible for a project to create a larger amount of useful energy than it consumes - even assuming that a specific project doesn't...it's a simple issue of whether or not we want to use energy to reduce pollution. This is not a novel concept, nor is it novel to profit or at least offset the cost with a marketable product.
For this concept to work - you need virtually unlimited amounts of non-polluting sources of power WHICH DO NOT EXIST.
