look again dummy i have posted an article and a court ruling from 2018 which states that eyewitness testimony is still considered to be primary evidence source. Meaning if you get 2 or 3 people together to say a man is not guilty and you have 3 other items says he is the he will most likely be set free.

Yup as i said in my original comment .The legal system is behind so your first link is irrelevant.

Your 'research' only ever looks at one sided testimony. when testimony is used to identify an innocent person it is almost never over turned.
not only that 25% of the guilty can be argued as being accurate. so putting the two percentages together eye witness testimony has a 75% accuracy rating. There are even examples of eye witness testimony over turning police obtained confessions. IE the cops stress s dude into a guilty plea but dude was out on a party boat with 5 other people or something along those lines.. Still the point is when you look at the whole picture (think for yourself and not let a biased article tell what to think) you will look at the other side of eyewitness testimony and see it is almost 100% reliable if done in the right way.

Accept it's not my research ( as i am not a scientist ) it's sciences research. As for the rest of this paragraph it's either inaccurate or irrelevant  

So all this aside are you now past the idea that eye witness testimony is not hear say? Do you finally concede youve learned something?
