You opened your car door and somebody was standing there. You never saw him appear.
He closed your car door and after a couple of seconds when you weren't looking at him you didn't see him. At no point do you see him disappear.
You're retrofitting supernatural events into your story.

Priceless coming from somebody tasking me for making assumptions. I said that you didn't see him appear. Nothing about duration or process. I need no more special effects than empty space one instant and occupied space the next. You didn't observe that during either his appearance or departure. He doesn't blink in or out of existence. He uses the car door in both cases. Your failure to determine where he came from or went to does not a miracle make.
