If the problem is systemic why not direct the ire at the system and infect and shock    Rich white political neighborhoods? Don't you have to acknowledge his point though? This isn't the first riot we have seen and yet we still have these problems, at some point don't you have to weigh the destruction versus the impact? Not to say that it can't ever be effective but in terms of police brutality on minorities it hasn't really been all that effective.
