True, but again, even with theft, if you feel like you've gotten the short end of the stick for generations, you are going to feel like sticking it to the man. Not saying it is right though. Apple CEO has several mansions and security guards. A poor person who constantly has to worry about paying their bills or becoming homeless might be tempted to steal something sell it and pay their bills. But sure, some of them simply don't care about Floyd. But it still remains that most of the protesters, a very diverse group, were not doing those things.
What is really absurd to me is when white sports fans do the same over a loss in a big game or even a win.
It still remains unless white Americans face economic and justice inequity in enough mass, and actually fix structural government and pay inequality, this unfortunately will continue to happen.
