There's no proof he was speedballing. The half-life of meth is said to be 12 hours but since it's a street drug that could vary depending on the recipe cooked up.
The half-life of Fentanyl is 2-4 hours. It's entirely possible he used meth hours before he ingested Fentanyl.
Claiming he was speed balling is speculation.
Not that it matters one fucking bit. He died due to oxygen deprivation caused by an extended period of time when blood flow was restricted or completely blocked due to the compression.
