Kinda like sipping a straw, suction counts. I thought I could get close enough to trim the grass without damaging the tarp.
My favorite WW2 plane was the Corsair
No shit!
Not the point. I liked camouflage as a pattern. I didn't know shit back in the 80s. All I knew is that I liked the pattern. I even wore camo pants with white collared shirts with argyle sweaters to high school. NO, It didn't make sense. But that is what I liked at the time.
So, you were thinking of WWII camouflage when you painted the model, but you didn’t know anything about camouflage when you painted the model.
Mowing question: why didn’t you get off the mower and move the tarp?
Boru
Time must be lost on you.
i didn't know shit back then.
I did know that the Tomcat was more modern, yes, but I didn't know shit about war tactics or why planes were painted for whatever reason.
Just like most people love Santa as a kid but grow up to know it is a myth.
I loved the Tomcat even outside of model painting, because it could fold it's wings in, and I loved the Corsaire because of it's bent wings. I knew NOTHING of why things were painted the way they were at the time. I only painted that Tomcat camo, was because I liked the pattern.
And as far as the Tarp, despite your desire to paint me as pond scum, I was actually paying attention to it. I simply got greedy and felt I could mow the grass around it and got too close.
