Congress has alredy tired to remove him from office (and most probably some lawsuits would have followed), but failed to do so. Unfortunately Trump has surrounded himself with people who are loyal to him, not to their country. Unfortunately he has put many of them in positions to support him and avoid him being persecuted for his crimes.
