Honest question - "If you lose the election will you conceed to the winner?"


See the difference?

There is no difference as the first implies he already lost the election as there would no need for a transition if he won . The second simply explicitly states it .

Let me draw you a picture - your analytical skills suck.


The first question negates a simple yes or no answer because it forces the person questioned to accept a state that doesn't exist. Sure - he MAY lose the election - but at this point he hasn't and to ask a question predicated on that possible outcome is dishonest.

No it doesn't as the question already clearly implies Trump lost within the hypothetical.He could have simply said yes . 

Question "Will you commit to a peaceful transfer of power after the election"?

Answer Yes i will commit to a peace transfer of power after the election 

This is legitimate as the very mention of the word transfer already implies Trump loses . Because if he had won there wouldn't be a transfer of power . He would simply keep the power .
