I'm afraid you'll need to provide more detail here. What does humans holding other humans accountable for their actions have to do with God holding us accountable?
If you're saying that we're unable to hold God accountable as we are able to hold each other accountable, who says God has sinned? You? I already told you that because His intentions are good, and ours evil, that He is justified and we are not. It really is that simple.
God was never meant to be proven. As the Scriptures say, His existence is self-evident. If you don't believe in His existence, that's your problem, in fact it's your punishment for your sins.
