A jury does not have to be in unanimous consent for sedition to be sedition. They have to be in consent to convict for sedition. Yet another article of your beliefs. I suspect that there will be sympathizers like yourself on the jury - and that defense will play to your shared fantasies, also.
Sedition, OLB. You're allowed to say it, that's what it was. It may be that our politics or our system of justice are so hopelessly corrupt or inept that we fail to hold domestic terrorists accountable...but this is all that you're arguing. That won't change the nature of what they did - it's just a statement of what you're willing to accept them having done.
