What will you do?

I'll be super happy that someone other than tesla is in the market and buy one of their reasonably priced vehicles, business as usual - just like I have, and my parents have, and parents parents have.  I already use a converted jenny tractor.  I couldn't make the money I do without it.

Everytime The Wife gets an electric hydrid rental she lists off the pros and cons to me...sooo, you know - good for the environment, good for my bottom line, and a pretty girl wants me to buy one.

Where's the line?

I don't know how this turned into some malthusian fetish other than the fact that you probably think about at least -some- people just disappearing on a regular basis, OLB.  The population isn't the problem, the population is your problem.  Go fuck yourself.

Don't get me wrong...go off grid.  Just know that you'll pay more to go off grid for the same tech the the rest of us will be using on grid, a grid which uses more and more of that tech itself.  Stubborn penury.....and 20 years from now people like you will storm the capital building thinking someone other than themselves and their own parents impoverished them.  My kids will buy your land for a song and turn a profit with janky electric tractors.  Third verse same as the first.

I'm shocked in 2021 anybody still gives Malthusian population theories any credence considering they have been shown to be consistently wrong.
