Even bringing up her physical size means you have an issue.  

And WTF is an average 9 year old girl?  I was a 9 year old girl and I have two daughters who were once 9...the "average" you are so concerned with isn't even a thing.

I have an issue with what? I have an issue with the police pepper spraying this girl. The person who posted about her being 60 lbs has corrected themselves now, and I have no issue with them. Maybe they just saw a shorter clip where they couldn't tell how big she was and made an honest mistake. That's fine. We all make mistakes.

No 9 year old should be that size though. Would you give a 9 year old a pack of smokes a day? No? Then it's also wrong to kill them slowly by overfeeding them.

An average 9 year old American girl is apparently 62 lbs as Boru just posted. How do you figure that average isn't a thing?

You realize that an average means some are larger and some are smaller, right?  And it's still within normal limits.

Your fixation on her size is concerning.  You went through a pretty detailed list of reasons why you think she's too big for her age and that comes from poor parenting...in your opinion.
