Of course it does. And sometimes the media misrepresents things and I do end up excusing the police's actions. There is a thing called a justified shooting, and the media does misrepresent things quite a bit and phrase things in terms of racism by police, even in instances where there is no evidence of any racism being present. They push the BLM propaganda for fear of being seen as racist or being targeted by the mob themselves.
