No, it isn't. Floyd never made it to trial, having been summarily executed in the street in broad daylight to the horror of onlookers and as captured on video.
He died, right there, an innocent man, having never been found guilty of the crime which he was accused of, and is not now on trial to be defended. Derek Chauvin is on trial, as a murderer, at least he get's that courtesy. In a more just world, one of those onlookers might have shot him dead to get him off the neck of Floyd.
Never saw a better time for a good guy with a gun to show up, but, unfortunately, all the guys with guns were cops..instead.
