Evaluating theories and beliefs in terms of "success" is the wisest thing to do in life; the "attempts" and "trials" that don't lead to success are a failure; keep in mind that just like I warned America from following the path of its previous imperialist attempts, I warn the Taliban too from following the path of extremists like ISIS. So if the Taliban "turned to ISIS"; they will lose any support by most Muslims -just like ISIS did-; and the difference between the two is very very huge.
