Asking how to tell if a dog is male or female, in a conversation about gender is both ignorant and absurd - which is impressive, even for you Hugs. It does make me wonder if you think that's what we should be doing, though. Station a state sanctioned crank yanker at every little girls room..you know, to stop all the men in dresses?
