Nothing. I'll give you 10:1 that he was.   Paul was born into a devout Jewish family. He was brought up by Gamaliel, a leading authority in the Sanhedrin. That's acts, fiction. Textual critics have long doubted pauls backstory (as in, specifically "genuine pauls").

It's a theme with magic book. It wasn't written by the people alleged to have written it, and the people who did write it were rarely who or what they claimed to be.
