How he 'KNEW' is because he saw that the guys finger was not on the trigger, if the gun fires without your finger being on the trigger, it is an obvious malfunction, he is LITERALLY standing right there looking at the guy handle the weapon. Hell, you can see his finger is clearly resting on the side of the weapon just before he inserts the magazine.
In what world is video not evidence?
You seen video evidence of a gun discharging 'spontaneously', yet your cognitive dissonance won't allow you to admit you were mistaken.
You have a ghost gun? Aren't they illegal?
1. A quote " ghost gun" is one without serial numbers.
The reciever on my 1911 has serial numbers.
2. Guns without serial numbers are not illegal. I own several. Store branded guns -Wards, J.C Penny, Sears (JC Higgins) are all built for those stores by such companies as High Standard, Winchester and Remington ( to name a few) and prior to 1968 rarely came eith serial numbers. Prior to 68 manufacturers p ut serial numbers on for their convenience - not as a governmental mandate. As they did not carry the warranty on those guns - they did not bother with the extra step of stamping serial numbers.
3. It is not illegal to own a gun without serial numbers.

How the hell would he know if it was " equipment malfunction" without disassembling and examining the firearm ? Answer - he wouldn' t. He said that for benefit of the camera.
You need changing Huggies.
You're full.

I do. I have one that I built from parts. ( no two parts from same gun. ) I have 50+ years experience with them. I even qualified expert with one in the service.
I literally know these guns inside and out.
You? You saw a motherfucking video.....

Seriously you you need to shut the fuck up and quit making yourself look more stupid than we already know you to be.
You can "clearly see his finger is off the trigger"?
Good trick with your x- ray eyes superman....
You are seeing the guy from his left side and he is shooting it right handed. His trigger finger is obscured by the pistol - IF the lighting was good enough to see - which it isn't.
The rest of your " evidence" will be given the same regard as your namesake... A diaper full of shit.
