I too am apathetic towards the concept of god. Being an American though, I cannot in good conscious become apathetic towards the stranglehold religion has over our society. The discussions of God's existence have definitely become pointless and empty. It's the influence of other's beliefs that dictate political stances that largely keeps me from ignoring the issue altogether.
@fr0d0. Being apathetic doesn't mean giving up questioning your beliefs. It means not wanting to engage in the same repetitive arguments over and over again, and it also means coming to the conclusion that God's existence is of no consequence in your daily life.
