Mostly local stuff. There's a grocer/butcher in town called 'Far North Foods', essentially a consignment shop for local farmers. Not a huge selection, as far as variety goes, but we can get beef, lamb, mutton, and venison there. It's on the pricey side, but having been raised on farm meats, it just tastes better to me, and (it being just the two of us) we're not really looking to save 20c a kilo on meats.
Seafood/fish and poultry we get at the local farmer's market.
