Let's try an analogy. If there were a mcworker jizzing in the special sauce, would we only find that concerning if it passed some angels lips? Probably not. Putting people on trial for their own deaths either in the court, or court of public opinion, is wildly absurd. It's also pointless, the man is dead. Gonna charge him, make him serve time post mortem? Meanwhile..there's a still breathing killer out there.....which is something that does concern me.
