How do they know when God is angry?

I am telling you I have been reading this book for 30 years and there is no fairy tales in it.

There are fairytales in Koran, like that a man was swallowed by a giant fish
We are talking about the Prophet Jonah (Yunus) in here. The people to whom he was sent as a prophet were very rude and wicked. He was fed up with them and broke up with them before Allah commanded him.
He got on a ship and set sail.
However, he fell into the sea with the storm, and as far as I can see, a whale protected him (by Allah's command) in his mouth and helped him to land. That is the real story happened in history.
- man flew on a winged horse to seven layers of heaven and talked to God, 
that part of the Our Prophet Mohammed's journey is not told in Quran. Therefore I am not talking about it.
- Mohammed met jinns. 
Yes that is true. Jinns are existing. Do you think all of those hundreds of scary movies are just based on imagination? 
REALLY REALLY NOT! 
In your culture, you call them "Bad spirits and or demons" but some spiritual creatures (Jins) are really bad and harm people, while other Jins are good (and sometimes willing to help people). 
Some of the Jins (good ones) witnessed our Prophet's reading of the Qur'an and they also believed him. The Qur'an talks about their feelings after hearing Quran (their admiration actually). (Btw it is not told Our Prophet met Jinns, they (a group of Jinn) just witnessed Quran reading.
