Actually, the mechanism that put oxygen into the atmophere is photosynthesis, which can’t operate unless the atmosphere was already clear and sunlight can reach the photosynthetic organism.
So “oxygen is needed to made the atmosphere clear” is about as nonsensical as “the son is needed to make the mother”. But if snow tracks was knowledgeable and perceptive enough to recognize this as nonsense, then he would have been far too perceptive to have been a Christian in the first place.
