This is exactly what I did because some Jesus' sayings on the Gospel are clearly not related to his main message (but I will not go on about this here).

But, to me, the cursing of fig tree is one of the symbolic acts which show how 'hell' is simply the returning back to the inert state (the state before one's birth) and not an eternal place for torture as Muslims and Jews are supposed to believe.

This is what I meant.

And, for the records, Jews don’t believe in eternal torture.

So, Jews are fortunate for not having rules to obey because even if there are some, they can disobey them as if these rules don't exist in the first place.
I bet that soon Later, I will likely hear that Jesus whose message is about living the Unconditional Love towards all others (when he says: Love your enemies. Don't resist evil) also created the notion of a torturing hell.
