So I get tested: would I help others, be good despite the tiring symptoms and disabling effects; or turn into a desperate demon and pour my frustration and pain on others?

Also, would I be thankful for the blessings I still have -like body, movement, sight, taste-, or defy and be angry and desperate?

Like the difference between a depressed always angry fucker who goes on a killing rampage in a highschool, and a philanthropy enthusiast helping poor people.

M.S, Cancer, disease and misery are there just to make life a test ground for humans: you either turn up good or bad despite the scourge.

If you were aborted would you be with your god in paradise instead of god punishing you all these years and all the years your god wants to torture you here on earth?

Well, as a general rule: you don't get punished until you are capable to think and commit sin. 
Fetuses don't even have creatures around them to sin against, they also can't hurt themselves.

So no torture for fetuses; they are incapable of sinning.
