Well, as a general rule: you don't get punished until you are capable to think and commit sin. 
Fetuses don't even have creatures around them to sin against, they also can't hurt themselves.

So no torture for fetuses; they are incapable of sinning.


You guys really know how to tap dance. 

You and Xavier can’t just say YES, you would be in paradise and there is nothing wrong, religiously, with abortion.
