Sure, believing that there are no alien invaders is exactly the same thing as believing that the us gov doesn't harvest a single ounce of the data we can't give away for free fast enough.
Few snags in that idea, but it's basically legit.
It's definitely rescued from any perceived impropriety or inaccuracy by suggesting that the gov lies about shit.....but never...never, mind you, about earthly shit, excepting every other time the government has used "ufo disclosure" as a place to hide weapons programs and shield appropriated funds, for that end, from public scrutiny, ofc. It all just makes sense.
If the us government has -any- pictures..of -anything- they don't want you to see, you can bet they're in a bundle with shit they very much want you to see, right now. Publiclicly available. Right out in the open. It works. It's always worked. It's never not worked. Not because they're conspiratorial masterminds - but because we're stupid.
