I'm sure we've already had this conversation, wherein every single congressional program...ever, to investigate ufos ended up being used by the us government to bury disclosure about us and allied tech. The many reports of sr protoypes, for example, we're officially discounted as weather and other anomalies. They officially called the people who saw sr protoypes crazy and or ignorant - while leaving actual weather and anomalies up as "unidentified" to further muddy the pool.
Hope springs eternal, though, so the next one is always the big one, and it's gonna be different this time. Let's test that theory. Let's assume this is real oversight. Well, they've already said that nothing has been held back from them and they've seen no evidence of any ufos at all, let alone recovered alien tech. So that's the final word. Right? All done, no need for another?
