One would think that when Ezekiel imagined that God spoke to him (‘the word of the Lord’), he was making a claim of divine origin.

No Jew accepts any of the claimed prophesies concerning Jesus as actually prophesying him ... including the most expert and knowledgeable rabbis, (and it's their culture) as coming from a god.

Oh, I see. I thought you meant ‘divine origin’ in general, not specifically Jesus. That being the case, no argument.

And, for the record, I know a fair bit about Jewish history and culture. Don’t presume.
