400 children per year are diagnosed w/ bone cancer. 69% survive. So, roughly 140 die. Now in comparison...

First of all abortions don't kill babies, they terminate pregnancies and unviable foetuses. Second thing, between 40-60% of pregnancies miscarry naturally. So your imaginary friend is a bigger killer than all the abortion doctors in the world.
