Nope. "religious freedom" in that particular sense meant freedom from the prevailing religious dogmas of the United Kingdom.
It manifestly did not. But even if it did, it wouldn’t help your argument because a ‘creationist dogma’ did not exist - in the UK or anywhere else - when the Amendment was drafted.
