Rich Lowrey, editor in chief for the National Review, has an op/ed piece in today's New York Times arguing that Trump can defeat Harris on "character."

"Everything has to be connected to the deeper case that Ms. Harris is weak, a phony, and doesn’t truly care about the country or the middle class. The scattershot Trump attacks on Harris need to be refocused on these character attributes."

Project, project, project. Ignore policy, call the opponent names instead. Good luck with that.

And yet, Trump’s handlers - you know, those people actually IN the campaign - are losing their minds over Trump’s incessant name calling, pleading with him to stay on policy.
