Trump is not a problem, but the failure of the justice system is the main problem. This guy should have been in prison for all the laws he broke and not a Presidential candidate. The decision to put the whole justice system to a halt and "let voters defeat him at the Presidential elections" is a tragedy. This is why the Roman Empire fell: people stopped caring for the laws and just arbitrarily proclaimed their own emperors.
'm talking about the electorate that installed Trump and allowed him to stack the courts with judges and justices will to play Twister® with the Constitution. A significant proportion of that electorate is primed for another Trump. Does it require some sort of charisma and panache of a politician? Of course it does. "Twas ever thus -- except for Calvin Coolidge.
The idea that Trump would allow a DoJ prosecution to go forward because of a court order doesn't strike me as realistic, anyway/ He simply go full Jackson and dare them to enforce it.
