Given the vitriol the DNC has shown towards Latinos over the last few days, I'm afraid you aren't being ironic about invading Mexico.
A better solution would be to close the borders and to suffocate the drug cartels, allowing the Mexican government to no longer be overpowered by their superior economy.
Are you really so naive as to believe anyone in government wants the drug trade stopped? There's way too much revenue in the war on drugs to give up that tit.
