At it's peak over 320,000 migrants were encountered at the border in a single month; all together the DHS has a rough estimate of about 5.6 million illegal immigrants encountered at the border and an unknown number that were able to cross without any government observation.
These are all publicly available numbers and while my last link to them was deleted in an attempt to erase evidence and control the narrative I *highly* encourage you to fact check them rather than just argue with me.
