Why would we withhold that right from one small group, when we grant it to everyone else? How does it cost anyone anything? This seems like the oft touted apologists "right to be bigoted" to me.

Welllll it's technically an inalienable right, but nobody should ever be bigoted in the first place....it's like saying, "I have the right for my breath to stink like dog shit"....it's like, yeah actually you do, but at what cost?

I certainly can see how the religious bigotry @TheWhiteMarten is peddling has a cost, I just don't see what a trans person living their lives as themselves costs anyone else, as @TheWhiteMarten claimed. Of course having made the claims, he will likely ghost anyone asking him to evidence them, this is often the case with religious apologists who just want to preach religious bigotry with impunity.
