Glad to see a Christian willing to think outside the box. So many things that just didn't make sense for desert nomads two thousand years ago are beside the point now. The same should be true of women in charge, gay marriage, recreational sex with condoms and the day after pill for when the damn things just don't work right. God didn't give us billions of sperms over our life time just to use a precious few to help over populate the earth. God made sex fun and science helps make it safer.
Now I did not say that all the laws are to be discarded or rejected to fit into someones life style. Let's take premarital sex as an example. If all people had obeyed this law throughout history there would be no STD such as AID's, there are much worse STD than AID's. There would be many families today that would not be suffering the loss of loved ones. There also would not be anyone who would be suffering or dying of a STD. Oh by the way, the condoms you mentioned have failed to stop AID's, the virus is smaller than the pores in the material they are made of. There are many other laws we could go through but, I believe you can see what I'm saying.
@ Rev.J, you are taking what I said and turning it around to suit your argument. The examples you gave seem to come from someone who is very confused about what is right and wrong, someone who does not care about others, you need to think before you respond.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
