If I ever end up running the world, expect a 10-20% population decrease in the first few years.

I might be looking for ministers of:

War.
Religious genocide.
Justice.
Revenge.
Depopulation.
Armaments

And someone to design really cool uniforms.

Only qualified people need apply.

Why would you get rid of 10-20% of the people in the world, why wouldn't you just make more people....getting rid of people like that would be extremely impatient, not the mark of a good leader.

Because 50% is a bit ambitious for the first year.
