There's no mystery about what ukraine is doing in this regard. They have absolutely banned the russian orthodox church in ukraine as a known and well storied front for fsb operatives. Organizations with ties to the roc were given nine months to sever those ties. The independent orthodox chruch in ukraine split from russia way back in 2019. Mostly on account of how the russian pope has been telling people it's their christian duty to die killing ukranians, with it's ukranian front organization telling them to surrender.
