I was getting in-home dentistry (as one does) and while the dentist was working on me, his colleagues brought in a grand piano (one of them played beautifully) and rearranged my furniture. I couldn't see any of this and I told the dentist that it was okay to leave the piano temporarily, but if they never came back for it I would learn to play it. When I was able to get up and look around the presence of the piano didn't bother me, but I was miffed that they completely rearranged my living room (no resemblance to my actual living room in the first place) and I would have to sit on the floor because they moved my couch to the great room. Getting up from the floor is hard when you're 64! So my dog and I moved the couch back to the living room. I'm not exactly sure how he picked up his end.
Similar: my wife somehow managed to install a four-piece sectional sofa, end tables, and lamps in the guest bath, which is about 2mx3m.
The dimensions of the bath and the new furnishings hadn’t changed at all.
