No, I haven't won the case. The case hasent been heard by the mental health review board. If they don't take me of the CTO(Community treatment order) then I will appeal to VCAT.

Also in the meantime I have dent a copy of the letter I have posted in the first post to health commissioner and some other organisations.

I also wish I could sue them. I will ad around. You are not allowed in Australia to inject even terorists with drugs that might make them talk. Psychiatrists have done it to me about month and half ago. They told me that I will be receiving 250. Mgms if w certain injection once a fortnight but since I walk away from them next week they injected me with 300 mgms. Just because I woukdnt talk to them. Like mafia. That's just one of the things. There's more.

Folpowink is a recording ytaken about three days before I got arrested. It was between my self, a psychiatrist and a psych nurse:
