Corporations shouldn't get the benefits of citizenship in the first place. They aren't people; they are merely made up of people. Why should an entire corporation suffer for the crimes of a few people in it? People can be easily replaced in a company, but if the entire company is sued and taken down, how many jobs will be lost?
