My outlook on religion is this:
It is a personal matter, a matter of conscience.
I never ask people about why they choose to believe in a certain thing, or why they choose not to believe. They certainly must know it better, and may not be able to describe their feelings to me in their own words.
On the other hand, it is not a good thing to describe a person as ignorant or stupid for their belief into a religion, as I don't think that their non-belief does not make them any more intelligent, or wise.
So one could state that belief or non-belief is not a matter of profession, or intelligence, or your accumulated knowledge.
Some might look at science as a way to understand the workings of his/her God, some might look at it as proof that God doesn't exist.
So why judge the one, while praising the other?
And if you're going to state that the other is judging you, I'd say that you should stop complaining about it then.
