That's a lawsuit. Libel against a company's product is just as actionable as libel against oneself. And it sounds like there is no truth to their claims.
I'm sick of people hiding behind their stupid shit-wikis to shirk responsibility for slander.
If the original claimant actually had proof, it would have been taken to court, and not used by a senator as a catalyst to enact more stem cell type legislations.
Frankly i dont trust pepsico either, but can you imagine the claims of persecution that would be shreeked from on high if Pepsico took "The Children of God" to court?
