Nothing is truly stationary.
Applying that word to anything is almost as nonsensical as trying to describe what nothing really is within the context of physics.
Another astounding fact? Everything made up of ordinary (i.e. non-degenerate) baryonic matter is made up of mostly nothing. An ingot of lead? Despite appearances, it's mostly made up of nothing at all.
Compare to an equally-dimensioned ingot of material of matter from a neutron star, which has many orders of magnitude less "nothing" in it.
