Why would atheists be afraid of the truth? I'd actually prefer if there was a god who could set me up with a sweet afterlife. EVERYONE would like to live in eternal bliss forever. But the sad fact is that you don't have any proof, and until you do, you're not going to convert anyone intelligent.
What falls away is always, and is near.
