Much like atheists, there are many, I realise, if I WERE to believe in God, even I could run rings around some of them in a debate.I don't want to be that type of atheist anymore. For psychological reasons I cannot put my finger on, I have developed a need to ensure I cannot be "fooled" by the persuasive arguments that rely on ignorance to work.
I wish I could meet someone with good arguments. I think the most they could ever do is defend Deism though. The religions out there just don't work.
Deism is harder to defend than theism though - at least theism has books to refer to.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.
