There's a little problem with that article, mister: the Muslim Brotherhood does not "hold the reigns in Egypt"! The military do.

So if they can't even get that basic fact right in that article how should we, or Joe Public, take the rest seriously?

The military, right.
They seem to be *holding* reigns, right now. However, the moslem brotherhood is far now the politically most promising faction. They are also responsible for the majority of the demonstrations against the old regime.
These are the basic facts, my friend.
I knew these before I consulted the article.
